Maybe not a scam but definitely a fraudulent charge, I just subscribed for one month, and then I cancelled my subscription. But they kept charging and charging me... This is not okay. CCI CARE COM credit card charges are from a legit company but what they do is not ethical at all.

For 3 years I have been trying to cancel this charge from CCI CARE COM but they deny me and keep charging me monthly. Responses are always "we don’t have your email in our account, you can’t access your profile so we can’t do anything about it" bla bla bla. I have been getting these monthly $41 dollar charges for 3 years now.. Someone help me

UGH so this was a free trial subscription I fell for, I used the free trial but then forgot to leave the service so they kept charging me for the premium version after my trial ran out...

This is Care.com if you have mistakenly subscribed to any "free trial" the trial turns into premium after it expires and they start charging you.

CCI CARE COM credit card charge is for Care.com, you might have mistakenly subscribed to one of their services.

This is a horrible practice from them, every recurring charge usually sends a mail monthly to notify your charge is getting processed. These guys kept charging me for $45 every month but they didn’t send a single notification or mail. Seriously, brands like these should get warnings and punishments.

Recurring charge on my card with the name cci care. I haven' signed up for any service like this and they won' even tell me what the charge is for.

I was meant to be charged for one month of service, but I've been charged on a monthly basis ever since from cci care. Unauthorized charges are against the law. Fraudulent charges, as well as complaints to the Better Business Bureau, will be filed.

I used their website just once, and they charged my credit card for six months of services six months after that!I'm not sure how they acquired my credit card information. I haven' filed any accusations yet but still, it looks like they have been causing a lot of problems here.

I never authorized any charge like this. They are basically fraudulently charging me for months! I think someone has stolen my card accounts. The bank cancelled the charges with the name CCI CARE.

They never told me about the cancelletion policy, they have been withdrawing money from my account automatically every month... Took me quite some time to get it cancelled finally.

It wasn' a scam in my case, the cci care com stands for Care.com, I forgot I subscribed to Care.com and postponed cancelling it... I learnt it the hard way.

I had no idea they were charging me! Since my boys needed nanny services, I was getting charged, and they are 18 now! I know I cancelled this service years ago.

CCI care com are a bunch of scammers! They only signed me up for 1 month, but I realized they have been charging me for 6 months now! How can I trust these people now?

I'm not really sure where this charge with the code CCI Care.com came from. Google says they advise health care providers based on parental preferences. I haven' subscribed to any service like that!

CCI care com belongs to the website care.com, where you can browse profiles of babysitters, nannies, and carers in your region, you will have to pay a monthly fee though.
