I was surprised to see the amount on my credit card account. I searched the internet to figure out what this 855 469 3729 was. Then I remembered donating to an injured climber who was a friend of my son. It probably was gofundme or smth like that. Thanks and good luck everyone!

Noticed a charge on my card to Kincer Family Fire Fund. I never donated to them. Have no info except phone number 855 469 3729. After calling them, the answering machine says their website wpy.com/chartinfo can help with the issue. BUT, the website says "NOT FOUND"...

My bank account was charged for $500 by VENMO 855-812-4430 NYUS yesterday. I don' know who they are. I called my bank and they started an investigation about it.

They charged my card $200, I have never heard about this company before. FRAUD!! I got scared and had to close my account in fear of them trying to charge more.

This is legit... It is a charge from when I donated to GoFundMe.com It shows up as "WPY" on your credit card statement.

It is legit. I made some donation to charity.

I am charged for something I have never heard of. It says a phone nuber 855-812-4430.

I now realized this was a donation I made on a Scientist fund sponsored by Edward Norton. They should make these charges more understandable!

WPY*the Palm Spr855-469-3729ca appeared on my bank account at 3:00 am but I didn' authorize any transactions at that time. It wasn' a legitimate charge for me.

A transaction worth of $500.00 appeared on my online statement from: WPY*mysonsummercamp ca 855 469 3729. I called my bank immediately, they told me they have tried to withdraw money 2 more times and they were blocked by the bank. My bank froze my account immediately and agreed to look up on the issue. Now I will have to wait for a new card as well as getting back my $500 into the account. I have no idea how my card got compromised.

I had no idea what this a was until I looked it up on Google with WPY on the phone number 8554693729 then i realized that it was a donation that I made via gofundme.com so it is legitimate.

This number 855 469 3729, I found out was a charge of a T shirt I ordered from a booster campaign.

My wife got charged of something she didn' order by this number 855-812-4430 NY. We called our bank and canceled it.
