Got charged twice by them for magazines subscriptions, I called 855-239-8684 and I spoke with their representative. She confirmed the charges were from their side, for magazine subscriptions. I asked them to cancel these subscriptions and they were nice enough to refund my money.

I called the number 855-239-8684, the lady that answered was super friendly and she helped me with the process.

ATTENTION! I experienced the same issue. The costs may appear differently, but will include a phone number. That 855 number will take you to an automated computer that will administer your account, but it will trick you and be a pain in the a**. Instead, I Googled the firm that provides these subscriptions—because they are not provided by F.Y.E. the real company is Synapse Group, Inc. I contacted their main number and spoke with a woman who cancelled all of the charges, also they refunded my $23.00 back to my account.

I went to a FYE place before, I asked the clerk if I was gonna recieve any charges and he said no every single time. But he apparently lied, I started getting charges for a membership that I haven’t authorized. At least I was able to stop the membership fees charging me, but these ones with the name TME*3131KN*PEOP are very persistent.
