I paid for something online and recieved a $2.50 fee for the payment. Legit charge from Payfines Long Sault.
I think its a fee that online service charges you for the payments from their website. It says that you need to add 2.50 to your ticket if you are paying online. Most people just pay for the ticket without including the service fee of the website. So it gets charged later on to the same credit card you used while paying for the ticket.
After paying a fine online, this random charge for 2.50 appeared on my credit card. No explanation, it just says Payfines Long Sault. I don’t know what this is for.
