This insurance plan has been canceled since the policy was cancelled owing to the sale of the automobile. The automobile was sold between 6/9 and 6/11. They charged my Bank of America card on 7/1, and it went through on 7/2 for $213, which must be reimbursed.
It was the July payment, and when a new automobile was purchased and a new policy was began, they assured us that it would be repaired as soon as the new policy was activated. The insurance was canceled on 7/1-7/2. They re-processed the payment and had the bank deposit the $213 on 7/2. I’m concerned since the automobile was sold and transferred by the firm at the beginning of June. So they took money for which there was no vehicle. Thank you very much.
