I had a charge of $9.45 from chewy.com but it was immediately declined by my bank.
Chewy.com put an unauthorized charge on my account right after they charged me fully for an actual order. I called them and they said that ’’one item you ordered comes from another warehouse so they make a seperate charge and then we refund it.’’ What a nonsense!
I don’t know how but someone must have stolen my card info so that they use my chewy account to place an order.
Chewy.com is a reliable website if you have ordered something just make sure your card has no extra fees.
