Visa Provisioning Service charged me on my PayPay when I added my visa to it. My bank said it was just to verify my credit card and no charges will appear in the future.

The validation token card information is provided by the Visa provisioning service. It should display 0 because it has no monetary worth. The token method is extremely safe because no personal information is supplied by dipping your card. In its instead, a token is sent. Tokens are extremely safe since they must be confirmed by Visa or MasterCard.. The fact that it appears on your online account is simply a technique of informing you that the card has been validated or attempted to be verified. Visa and MasterCard now call out for return transactions in the same way. It is possible to observe two debits at the same time, one of which is generally a credit and the other a debit.

The same thing happened to me just now. I connected my TD Bank Visa debit card to Apple Pay on my iPhone yesterday, and now this $0.00 "authorization Visa provisioning service" is showing up as pending on my TD account. I’m guessing it’s Apple Pay attempting to validate/verify the Visa card I inserted.
